1. Online Orders and Billing For your caftari candles purchase to be processed and shipped, the shipping and payment information you give at checkout must be complete and accurate. Your items will only be reserved once your payment has been received and cleared. We may, however, at our discretion, cancel or restrict orders if our fraud detection system identifies the order as suspicious or the order appears to be placed for unauthorized third-party resale.

2. Product Representation We take great care in crafting our premium clean fragrance products. However, please be aware that different phones and monitors can display colors of our ceramic vessels differently from how they look in person. All our products are meant for ambient home use and general well-being purposes only.

3. Custom Corporate Orders When working with our concierge team to design a luxury candle gift set for corporate gifting, our refund policy differs from our retail customers. Since we produce and brand these products specifically for your company, customized orders become non-refundable right after your team approves the final production artwork.

4. Copyright and Brand Ownership This brand is entirely our own creation.Caftari holds sole ownership of all photography, written content, product formulations, logos, and website design. Without our direct written consent, you may not copy, scrape, or commercially use any of our intellectual property.

5. Liability Limits Subject to applicable laws, the Caftari shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the online store and/or the physical products.
